Introducing Re:Live
Before we get started, we would like to mention that even while our website is currently being updated, the application pages and process will remain fully operational!
Let’s make Fair Conditions the Norm
Fairness in contracts and working conditions has always been a pillar of Vizora. Bringing up things like that our Talents keep 100% of their earnings through Social-Media, or IPs we usually only bring up during our Interviews, but given the recent NIJISANJI-related events, we decided to make it public and introduce our new Project, Re:Live.
Our goal with Re:Live is to provide both current and past corporate talents with the opportunity of joining a space that allows to create creative content with more freedom, less burnout, and without taking more than half of their income.
Looking for a new Home? Join Us!
If you’ve been able to gather more than 50,000 Subscribers or Followers, and are or haven’t been happy with your Company/Agency, we would like to invite you to Re:Live to help you to reignite that passion for Content Creation!
Do not let your environment take your passion, and do not hesitate to reach out, even if you’ll not be able to go live for half a year, we will be discussing the whole situation with you to ensure you’re safe from lawyers and comfortable.
Our Take on the Situation
At Vizora, we genuinely feel that Talents shouldn’t be put in situations that endanger their physical or mental health. It is not negotiable to put your reputation before the wellbeing of your employees. If your reputation is going down, looking into the different layers of it to work towards a solution should be the way to go, instead of throwing more Talents under the bus or dropping a new Merchandise Collection.
We do realise that applications may not come in at first at all, but even after the drama, we’ll keep our doors open for Talents looking for help. Fostering fairness in VTubing is the goal of not only Re:Live, but Vizora live and was one of the main reasons for the creation of our VTuber/VSinging Project, even while being originally a Development Company.
We hope that corporate talents who are on the verge of leaving VTubing will be able to negotiate better terms for themselves in their current Company or consider joining us before giving up.
Lastly, we would like to wish everyone the best and hope that NIJISANJI Talents who don’t have anything to do with the situation, will be able to recover soon and might negotiate a better contract for themselves.
