This Withdrawal Policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing products or services from Vizora Interactive via distance contracts (e.g. online purchases), as well as our voluntary goodwill refund policies.
This page applies to consumers only.
If you are acting as a business or professional customer (B2B), statutory withdrawal rights do not apply unless required by mandatory law.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Right of withdrawal (statutory)
1.1 Withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Effects of withdrawal

4. Special rules by product category
4.1 Digital goods (general)
Digital goods are typically delivered immediately or shortly after purchase.
Once delivery has started with your consent, returns or refunds are not possible, unless required by law or explicitly granted as a goodwill exception (see Section 7. Goodwill refunds (voluntary)).
4.2 Subscriptions
