Withdrawal Policy

Last updated: 19/01/2026

Opener

This Withdrawal Policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing products or services from Vizora Interactive via distance contracts (e.g. online purchases), as well as our voluntary goodwill refund policies.

This page applies to consumers only.
If you are acting as a business or professional customer (B2B), statutory withdrawal rights do not apply unless required by mandatory law.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Right of withdrawal (statutory)

1.1 Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from:

the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive physical goods, or

the day the contract for services or digital content is concluded, unless otherwise specified in this policy.

1.2 How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email).

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form, which can be found at the bottom of this policy, but this is not required.

Contact details for withdrawal:
Vizora Interactive
Email: refunds@vizora-interactive.com

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from a contract:

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable),

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise,

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

For physical goods, we may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you have provided proof of return.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire early, in the following cases (as permitted by law):

3.1 Digital content with immediate delivery

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium (e.g. downloadable files, digital access, voice packs, story packs):

The right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins, if:

you expressly consent to immediate performance, and

you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

This applies in particular to:

downloadable creator content (e.g. voice packs, story content),

    digital keys or access credentials,

digital memberships or features delivered immediately.

3.2 Services fully performed

For services where performance has been fully completed within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires if:

you expressly consented to the service starting before the withdrawal period ended, and

you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.

3.3 Customized or made-to-order goods (Komorebi)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:

    made to your specifications, or

clearly personalised or produced on demand.

There might be Komorebi merchandise items which are produced on demand and fall under this exception.
This will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.

4. Special rules by product category

4.1 Digital goods (general)

Digital goods are typically delivered immediately or shortly after purchase.

Once delivery has started with your consent, returns or refunds are not possible, unless required by law or explicitly granted as a goodwill exception (see Section 7. Goodwill refunds (voluntary)).

4.2 Subscriptions

a) Statutory withdrawal
If a subscription is purchased online, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase, unless:

the subscription has already begun with your consent, and

you acknowledged that performance begins immediately.

b) Cancellation vs. refund

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for started billing periods are generally excluded, unless required by law or granted as a goodwill exception.

c) Komorebi subscription exception (goodwill)
For Komorebi subscriptions, we may refund the most recent billing cycle as goodwill gesture if:

no order was placed during that billing period, and

    no subscription benefits were used.

This is a voluntary exception, not a legal entitlement.

4.3 Pre-orders & early access

a) Statutory rights
You may withdraw from a pre-order before delivery, subject to statutory rules.

b) Voluntary pre-order refund policy
In addition to statutory rights, we allow voluntary cancellation of pre-orders up to 14 days before release.

Release means first playable access, unless stated otherwise.

This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

4.4 Physical goods (merchandise)

For physical goods that are not customized:

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods,

You must return the goods unused and in reasonable condition,

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.

For customized or print-on-demand goods, see Section 3.3.

5. Return of goods (physical items)

If you withdraw from a physical goods contract:

You must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal,

Goods should be returned unused and undamaged where possible.

Return instructions will be provided after withdrawal notice.

6. Refund timing

Refunds will be issued:

within 14 days after withdrawal notice, or

after receipt of returned goods or proof of return (for physical items).

7. Goodwill refunds (voluntary)

In addition to statutory rights, Vizora Interactive may grant goodwill refunds in individual cases.

7.1 Conditions

Goodwill refunds are:

    discretionary,

    assessed case-by-case,

    not legally binding precendents.

Factors may include:

    technical issues preventing use,

    duplicate purchases,

    unused subscriptions or benefits,

    exceptional circumstances.

7.2 Exclusions

Goodwill refunds are generally not granted for:

    downloadable digital content,

    used digital services,

    consumed subscription benefits,

    customized physical goods.
