Last updated: 19/01/2026

Opener

Welcome to Vizora Interactive ("we", "us", "our")
These Terms of Service explain the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply when you use our website, communities, games, servers, digital platforms, or when you purchase products or services from us.

Vizora Interactive operates across digital entertainment, games, creator programs, communities, merchandise, and professional services. Because our offerings vary, these Terms are modular: some sections apply to all users, while others apply only to specific services or customer types.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services or making a purchase.

If you do not understand these Terms or are unsure whether they apply to you, please contact us before using or purchasing any of our Services.

These Terms apply to all use of Vizora Interactive's offerings, including but not limited to:

Digital services (e.g. creator programs, communities, platforms, accounts)

Games & Game Server (including early access, test phases, and community servers)

Digital goods (e.g. server access, ranks, memberships, downloadable content, voice or story packs)

Physical goods (e.g. sold as merchandise via our Stores)

Professional / B2B Services (e.g. influencer campaigns, production services, talent support or management)

If you are acting outside your trade or profession, you are a consumer.
If you act in the course of business or professional activity, you are a business customer (B2B).

Where rules apply only to one group, this is stated explicitly.

3. Structure of these Terms
& linked rules

These Terms form the core agreement between you and Vizora Interactive.

Additional rules apply to specific services and are incorporated by reference, including:

If a conflict exists, the following order applies:

Individual agreement / Order / Statement of Work (B2B)

    Service-Specific rules

The Terms of Service defined on this page

4. Language

These Terms are provided in English.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and do not sufficiently understand English, you may contact us at legal@vizora-interactive.com before using or purchasing any services.

We aim to write these terms clearly and transparently. Any ambiguity will be interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Eligibility & age requirements

Our Services are generally intended for users 16 years of age or older, unless stated otherwise for a specific project or service.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you may only make purchases if legally permitted and, where required, with parental or guardian consent.

6. Accounts, access & security

Some Services require an account or registration.

You are responsible for:

    providing accurate information where required,

    keeping login credentials secure,

all activity carried out on the account, unless caused by our fault.

We may restrict or suspend access if it's reasonably necessary to:

    ensure security and stability,

    prevent abuse or fraud,

enforce these Terms or applicable rules,

    comply with legal obligations.

7. User conduct & community standards

When using our Services, you must comply with:

    applicable laws,

    the rights of others,

and all applicable Game Rules, Server Rules, and Community Guidelines.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

harassment, hate speech, threats, or impersonation,

cheating, exploiting bugs, or bypassing restrictions,

attacking or attempting to disrupt services or infrastructure,

uploading or sharing illegal or rights-infringing content,

    attempting to evade enforcement measures.

Detailed and service-specific rules are defined in the applicable rulesets.

8. Games, servers
& community spaces

Vizora Interactive develops and operates multiple games, servers, and community spaces. Each game or server may have its own dedicated rules.

By accessing or playing a game or joining a server, you agree to comply with the corresponding ruleset defined under section 3 in addition to these Terms.

Rules may evolve over time to reflect balancing, security, or community needs.
We do not guarantee that any specific game, server, feature, mode, or digital service will be available indefinitely, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

9. User-generated content
& community creations

You retain ownership of content you create and share.

By posting content within Vizora services or communities, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use, display, reproduce, and share that content solely for purposes related to:

    operating the service,

    moderation and safety,

community presentation (e.g. highlights, promotions or announcements).

Further details and limitations are defined in our Content Usage Guidelines.

We will not commercially exploit fan content without permission.

10. Digital goods & delivery

10.1 Digital goods

Digital goods are typically delivered immediately or shortly after purchase, for example:

    server access or ranks,

    memberships or digital features,

    downloadable digital content.

If delivery is delayed due to technical or security checks, delivery will occur within a reasonable time, or the purchase will be refunded.

10.2 Immediate performance & withdrawal

For certain digital goods or services, delivery may begin immediately after purchase.

Where legally required, we will ask for your explicit consent and acknowledgement that your statutory withdrawal right may expire once performance begins.

Details are explained in the Withdrawal Policy.

11. Pre-orders, early access
& development status

Some products or games may be offered as pre-orders, early access, or in development.

11.1 Release definition

For pre-orders, "release" means first playable access, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11.2 Voluntary pre-order refund policy

In addition to statutory consumer rights, we allow voluntary cancellation of pre-orders up to 14 days before release.

This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory rights under consumer law.

12. Physical goods (merchandise)

Physical products (e.g. via Komorebi) may be produced and shipped through print-on-demand or fulfillment partners, with worldwide shipping.

Product details, pricing, taxes, shipping estimates, and return eligibility are shown during checkout.

Some items may be made to order or customised, which can affect statutory withdrawal rights. Details are provided in the Withdrawal Policy.

13. Subscriptions & cancellation

Some Services are offered as subscriptions.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period.

Users can cancel subscriptions via their account or profile settings where applicable.

Users may also contact us directly to request cancellation.

Where required by law, we provide a legally compliant online cancellation option.
After cancellation, access to subscription-based services remains available until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise.
Details are explained in the Withdrawal Policy.

14. Donations, tips
& third-party monetisation

Some creators or talents associated with Vizora may receive voluntary financial support through third-party platforms or monetisation systems (e.g. tips, memberships, subscriptions, ad or streaming revenue).

Unless a page explicitly states that you are purchasing a product or service from Vizora Interactive, such support:

    is voluntary,

does not constitute a purchase contract with Vizora Interactive,

and is governed by the rules of the respective third-party platform.

15. Enforcement, suspensions
& termination

15.1 Enforcement approach

We aim for fair and proportionate enforcement, considering severity, intent, and prior behaviour.

15.2 Typical enforcement steps

Depending on circumstance, actions may include:

    warnings or content removal,

    chat or voice-chat restrictions,

temporary suspensions (e.g. no use of the service for 14 days),

    extending or making suspensions indefinite.

15.3 Escalation window

If a severe violation occurs again within 12 months after a prior severe violation, stronger measures, up to permanent bans and/or legal actions, may be applied.

Severe violations are defined in the applicable service-specific rules.
Legal actions may be taken in cases of serious or repeated violations, including hate speech offences or other illegal acts.

15.4 Immediate action

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if necessary to:

    protect users or communities,

    prevent ongoing harm,

    comply with legal obligations.

16. Intellectual property

Vizora Interactive's names, brands, games, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Use is permitted only as necessary to access and use our Services and as allowed under the Content Usage Guidelines.

17. Liability & disclaimers

We are liable without limitation for:

    intent and gross negligence,

injury to life, body or health,

liability that cannot be limited by law.

For minor negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services unless required by law.

18. Professional / B2B services

For business customers, the scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, rights, and cancellation terms are governed primarily by:

    written offers,

    statements of work,

    or individual agreements.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, no specific commercial results (e.g. views, reach, sales) are guaranteed.

19. Withdrawal rights (consumers)

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions.

Details, conditions, and the Model Withdrawal Form are provided in our Withdrawal Policy.

20. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protections of the country of residence.

For business customers, exclusive jurisdiction is the place of Vizora Interactive's business establishment in Germany (Lower Saxony), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

21. Consumer dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board.

22. Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
