20. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protections of the country of residence.
For business customers, exclusive jurisdiction is the place of Vizora Interactive's business establishment in Germany (Lower Saxony), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
21. Consumer dispute resolution
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board.
