About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Manager to support our VTuber Talents across Vizora Live,- & Connect
This role is about people, structure, and care - not chasing numbers, selling deals, or running a grind-heavy agency operation. You'll work closely with VTuber Talents, help them navigate programs and agreements, and make sure communication stays clear and respectful.
If you enjoy working with creators, care about sustainable talent management, and want to grow into the role step by step, this might be a good fit for you!
What you'll do
- Day-to-day Talent support
- Schedule & comms support
- Contracts & negotiations
- Guide talents in Live/Connect
- Keep docs & agreements tidy

- No brand sales / cold outreach
- No campaign execution work
- No 24/7 on-call duty
- No grind-hour agency pace
- No KPI performance targets

Requirements & Working conditions
This is a remote freelance role in which you'll manage and support VTuber Talents across our Vizora,- Live & Connect, focusing on communication, coordination, and agreements.
You should be comfortable working async, handling sensitive information, and keeping documentation clean.
English will be required; any additional language is a plus.
