Vizora Interactive
Roblox Experience Rules
Last updated: 29/06/2026

Opener
These rules govern player conduct within Vizora Interactive's Roblox experiences and apply to all members, including visitors, regular members, moderators, creators, and partners.
They apply to:
These rules form a binding part of Vizora Interactive's Terms of Service, but do not replace Roblox's own Terms of Use and Community Standards - both sets of rules apply simultaneously, and in event of conflict, the stricter rule applies.
1. General conduct & community standards
Members are expected to behave respectfully and contribute to a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment.
Zero-tolerance violations
The following are not tolerated and may result in immediate severe action:
Minor misconduct
The following behaviors are considered minor misconduct and are handled through graduated enforcement unless circumstances justify escalation:
2. Communication and Social Conduct
2.1 In-experience chat
2.2 Voice chat (where available)
2.3 Direct messages & external harassment
3. Automation, bots & technical abuse
4. Monetisation and Robux Purchases
Robux purchases are processed by Roblox, not Vizora Interactive.
Roblox is the seller of record for all Robux transactions. Refund and chargeback requests for Robux or in-experience purchases must be directed to Roblox Support, not to Vizora Interactive.
4.1 In-experience purchases
Vizora Interactive experiences may offer purchaseable items, game passes, developer products, or other content using Robux. By making a purchase:
Abuse of Roblox's refund or chargeback system, or any attempt to fraudulently obtain virtual goods, may result in enforcement action within our experience, and may be reported directly to Roblox.
4.2 Monetisation integrity
4.3 Gifting and Trading
Any gifting or trading of in-experience items or Robux must be conducted through Roblox's own official systems. Vizora Interactive is not responsible for trades or gifts that occur outside of official Roblox mechanics.
5. Moderation philosophy
Moderation decisions are made:
Penalties are usually handled privately, but may be communicated publicly where:
6. Enforcement & penalty guidelines
The following escalation ladders are guidelines.
Moderators may skip steps or apply stronger measures where necessary.
6.1 Chat / Voice violations
Applies to spam, disruptive behavior, minor harassment, excessive profanity, or similar violations.
Escalation ladder:
The escalation ladder may reset if no further violations are found within 6 months.
There are no indefinite bans for chat / voice-only violations.
6.2 Major violations / Cheating
Applies to cheating, intentional exploit abuse, attempts to gain an unfair advantage, hate speech, severe harassment, threats, discrimination, or comparable misconduct.
Escalation ladder:
Additional enforcement:
If another account is identified within 6 months after a permanent restriction, an indefinite ban may be applied. The user may be allowed to rejoin after a period of 6 months, subject to review and compliance with these rules.
6.3 Roblox-independent enforcement
Vizora Interactive's enforcement actions are independent of Roblox's own moderation. Roblox may act on violations under its own Terms and Community Standards regardless of Vizora's actions, and vice versa. A player banned from a Vizora experience may still have their Roblox account active, but a player banned by Roblox will be unable to access Vizora experiences regardless of their standing with Vizora Interactive.
7. Content Standards
7.1 Player-created content
Where Vizora Interactive experiences allow players to contribute content (e.g. builds, artwork, designs, messages):
7.2 Vizora intellectual property
Vizora Interactice's game assets, names, characters, and designs are protected by intellectual property law.
Use outside the experience is subject to Vizora Interactive's Content Usage Guidelines. Fan creativity is welcome for non-commercial personal use.
7.3 AI-generated content
Where players may submit or generate AI-assisted content within the experience, that content must comply with all content standards above. AI-generated content that violates these rules is subject to the same enforcement as any other violation.
8. Experience-Specific Rules
Individual Vizora Interactive Roblox experiences may have their own additional rules for specific gameplay mechanics, events, or community features. Where experience-specific rules exist, they are displayed within the experience or linked from the experience description page. These general rules apply to all Vizora Roblox experiences unless explicitly overwritten by experience-specific rules.
9. Appeals & reports
Accepted channels for appeals include:
Using unofficial or inappropriate channels does not guarantee a response.
10. Updates & changes
These rules may be updated to reflect moderation needs, Discord policy changes, or legal requirements.
Where changes materially affect member rights or obligations, reasonable notice will be provided where feasible.
11. Final provisions
