Project C Rules

Last updated: 19/01/2026

Opener

These rules govern player conduct and enforcement for Project C, a game developed and operated by Vizora Interactive.

They apply to:

    Project C gameplay,

    Project C-related communication channels,

and any official Vizora platforms used in connection with the game.

These rules form a binding part of Vizora Interactive's Terms of Service.
Additional rules may apply to specific servers, communities, or platforms (e.g. Discord).

1. General Vizora Game Rules (Framework)

This section applies to all Vizora Interactive games, including Project C, unless explicitly overridden by game-specific rules.

1.1 Player conduct & community safety

Players are expected to behave respectfully and contribute to a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment.

Zero-tolerance violations
The following are not tolerated and may result in immediate severe action:

racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind,

hate speech, slurs, or demeaning language,

    political extremism or extremist propaganda,

    sexual content involving minors,

threats of violence, stalking, or serious harassment.

Minor misconduct
The following behaviors are considered minor misconduct and are handled through graduated enforcement unless circumstances justify escalation:

    excessive swearing,

    spam or flooding messages,

disruptive behavior in text or voice chats,

    ignoring staff or moderator instructions.

1.2 Cheating, exploits & unfair advantage

Cheating
Cheating includes any attempt to gain an unfair gameplay advantage through:

    unauthorized software,

    manipulation of game systems,

    circumvention of intended mechanics.

Exploits & bugs

Exploits may be used until patched, provided they are not abused excessively or intentionally.

Deliberate exploitation to gain unfair advantages may be treated as cheating.

Reporting exploits is encouraged and might be rewarded.

1.3 Automation, tools & creative experimentation

Macros, scripts, bots or tools are allowed unless they provide a clear gameplay advantage (e.g. Offline Farming Bots).

    Accessibility tools are allowed.

Creative experimentation is encouraged where it does not undermine fairness or security.

Use of such tools remains subject to moderation discretion.

1.4 Account integrity & ban evasion

Using alternate accounts to evade penalties is prohibited.

Ban evasion may result in escalated penalties, including permanent or indefinite bans, depending on the type and severity of the original violation.

Enforcement may apply to accounts, devices, or IPs, where legally permissible.

1.5 Moderation philosophy

Moderation decisions are made:

    case-by-case,

based on severity, intent, and history,

    with proportionality in mind.

Penalties are usually handled privately but may be communicated publicly where:

    the community is affected,

    clarification is required,

or transparency is necessary (e.g. cheating waves).

1.6 Appeals & reports

There is no guaranteed right to appeal.

Appeals and reports are reviewed case-by-case.

Accepted channels include:

    In-Game or ticket platforms,

Discord tickets (without the use of personal data),

Social-Media (without the use of personal data).

This section applies to all Vizora Interactive games, including Project C, unless explicitly overridden by game-specific rules.

2. Enforcement & penalty guidelines

The following escalation ladders are guidelines.
Moderators may skip steps or apply stronger measures where necessary.

2.1 Chat / Voice violations

Applies to spam, disruptive behavior, minor harassment, excessive profanity, or similar violations.

Escalation ladder:

    Warning

    1-hour restriction

    6-hour restriction

    24-hour restriction

    3-day restriction

    7-day restriction

    14-day restriction

    28-day restriction

    90-day restriction

    Permanent restriction

The escalation ladder may reset if no further violations are found within 6 months.
There are no indefinite bans for chat / voice-only violations.

2.2 Cheating & intentional bug abuse

Applies to cheating, exploit abuse, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage.

Escalation ladder:

Warning (only in minor, non-impactful cases; last warning)

    14-day restriction

    90-day restriction

    Permanent restriction

Additional enforcement:
If another cheating account is identified within 6 months after a permanent restriction, an indefinite ban may be applied. The player may be allowed to create a new account after a period of 6 months, subject to review and compliance with these rules.

2.3 Major violations

Applies to hate speech, severe harassment, threats, discrimination, or comparable misconduct.

Escalation ladder:

    7-day restriction

    28-day restriction

    90-day restriction

    Permanent restriction

Additional enforcement:
If another account is identified within 6 months after a permanent restriction, an indefinite ban may be applied. The player may be allowed to create a new account after a period of 6 months, subject to review and compliance with these rules.

3. Project C - Game-specific rules

3.1 Modding

Modding is not permitted in Project C.

Modifications, reverse engineering, or unauthorized alterations of the game client are prohibited.

Players are welcome to suggest features or ideas, but implementation decisions remain with Vizora Interactive.

Exceptional community ideas may, at Vizora Interactive's discretion, be:

    adopted officially,

    credited,

    and potentially compensated.

3.2 Fair play & integrity

Gameplay must be conducted as intended.

Any attempt to manipulate systems, monetization, progression, or outcomes is prohibited.

3.3 Monetization & in-game purchases

Use of premium currency and In-Game purchases must comply with these rules and the Terms of Service.

Abuse of refund systems, chargebacks, or monetization exploits may result in penalties and/or legal action.

3.4 Updates & changes

Project C may receive updates, balance changes, or content additions.

Rules may be updated to reflect these changes. Where changes materially affect player rights or obligations, reasonable notice will be provided where feasible.

4. Final provisions

Vizora Interactive reserves the right to:

interpret these rules in good faith,

    enforce them proportionately,

and update them where necessary for security, fairness, or legal reasons.
