Discord Server Rules

Last updated: 19/01/2026

Opener

These Discord Server Rules govern the use of official Vizora Interactive Discord servers and apply to all members, including visitors, regular members, moderators, creators, and partners.

They apply to:

    all text and voice channels,

private messages initiated via server features (e.g. tickets),

reactions, usernames, nicknames, avatars, and status messages,

any official Discord integrations connected to Vizora Interactive.

These rules form a binding part of Vizora Interactive's Terms of Service and an addition to the official Discord Community Guidelines.

1. General conduct & community standards

Members are expected to behave respectfully and contribute to a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment.

Zero-tolerance violations

The following are not tolerated and may result in immediate severe action:

racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind,

hate speech, slurs, or demeaning language,

    political extremism or extremist propaganda,

    sexual content involving minors,

threats of violence, stalking, or serious harassment.

Minor misconduct
The following behaviors are considered minor misconduct and are handled through graduated enforcement unless circumstances justify escalation:

    excessive swearing,

    spam or flooding messages

disruptive behavior in text or voice channels,

    off-topic posting outside designated channels,

    ignoring staff or moderator instructions.

2. Chat, voice & interaction rules

2.1 Language & content standards

English is the default language on Vizora Interactive Discord Server, unless a channel explicitly allows or is designated for another language.

Mixed language usage is permitted where it does not disrupt communication.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, NSFW content is not permitted anywhere on Official Vizora Discord Server.
This includes, but is not limited to: messages, images, videos, links, emoji, reactions, usernames, nicknames, status, banners, and profile pictures.

2.2 Text channels

Keep discussions relevant to the channel topic.

Do not spam, flood messages, or abuse mentions (@everyone, @here, @specific-user)

Do not post misleading scam, or malicious links.

Advertising, self-promotion, or solicitation is only allowed where explicitly permitted.

2.3 Voice channels

Respect other users ability to communicate.

Do not play loud or disruptive audio, or intentionally disturb others.

Voice changers or soundboards are only allowed if they do not disrupt conversations.

2.4 Direct messages & harassment

Unwanted direct messages, harassment, or intimidation originating from the server are prohibited.

Moderation action may be taken based on credible reports, even if behavior occurs in DMs.

3. Automation, bots & technical abuse

Unauthorized bots, scripts, or automation that disrupt server operation are prohibited.

Attempts to bypass Discord safeguards, moderation systems, or permissions are prohibited.

Abuse of integrations, webhooks, or server features may result in immediate action.

4. Account integrity & impersonation

Impersonating Vizora staff, moderators, creators, or other users is prohibited.

Using alternate accounts to evade restrictions or bans in prohibited.

Enforcement may apply to accounts, devices, or IPs where legally permissible.

5. Moderation philosophy

Moderation decisions are made:

    case-by-case,

based on severity, intent, and history,

    with proportionality in mind.

Penalties are usually handled privately, but may be communicated publicly where:

    the wider community is affected,

    clarification is required,

transparency is necessary (e.g. raids or spam waves).

6. Enforcement & penalty guidelines

The following escalation ladders are guidelines.
Moderators may skip steps or apply stronger measures where necessary.

6.1 Chat / Voice violations

Applies to spam, disruptive behavior, minor harassment, excessive profanity, or similar violations.

Escalation ladder:

    Warning

    1-hour restriction

    6-hour restriction

    24-hour restriction

    3-day restriction

    7-day restriction

    14-day restriction

    28-day restriction

    90-day restriction

    Permanent restriction

The escalation ladder may reset if no further violations are found within 6 months.
There are no indefinite bans for chat / voice-only violations.

6.2 Major violations

Applies to hate speech, severe harassment, threats, discrimination, or comparable misconduct.

Escalation ladder:

    7-day restriction

    28-day restriction

    90-day restriction

    Permanent restriction

Additional enforcement:
If another account is identified within 6 months after a permanent restriction, an indefinite ban may be applied. The user may be allowed to rejoin after a period of 6 months, subject to review and compliance with these rules.

7. Appeals & reports

There is no guaranteed right to appeal.

Appeals and reports are reviewed case-by-case.

Accepted channels for appeals include:

    Ticket platforms,

Discord tickets (without the use of personal data),

Social-Media (without the use of personal data).

Using unofficial or inappropriate channels does not guarantee a response.

8. Updates & changes

These rules may be updated to reflect moderation needs, Discord policy changes, or legal requirements.

Where changes materially affect member rights or obligations, reasonable notice will be provided where feasible.

9. Final provisions

Vizora Interactive reserves the right to:

interpret these rules in good faith,

    enforce them proportionately,

and update them where necessary for security, fairness, or legal reasons.
