We love seeing Vizora-related content shared by the community - Clips, fan art, screenshots, memes, and community projects are a big part of what we're building.
This page explains what you can use freely, what needs permission, and where the boundaries are.
If you're ever unsure about if something is okay or not, please reach out before publishing.
Who do these rules apply to?
What You Can Use
These guidelines apply to anyone using Vizora-related content - and yes, they do include everyone.
Fans, clippers, creators, press, partners and anyone else.
They cover anything related to the Vizora IP, including our projects, public posts, clips, screenshots, or community content.
Exceptions to these rules are individuals who own the IP themselves (such as Vizora talents or certain partners), who may use their own content freely unless stated otherwise for specific original works.
What Is Allowed
You can generally use our content for:
- clips, highlights, and compilations
- screenshots and short videos
- fan art, edits, songs, and other original works
- Memes, lots of memes
- post or videos talking about Vizora projects
As long as the content:
- does not pretend to be official
- does not mislead people
- and is not used to sell something
What is Not Allowed
Please do not use our content in ways that:
- impersonate Vizora or a talent
- are hateful, harassing, or defamatory
- intentionally misrepresent a talent or project
- use talent models, voices, or likenesses without permission
- use content for AI training, datasets, or AI-generated output
- include NSFW content where the content might be against the law or regulations
If a talent sets stricter rules for their content, those rules always apply above our rules
Community
Fan Content & Community Creations
Fan-made content remains owned by its creator.
Vizora and its talents may use, share or repost fan content.
For commercial use of fan content and community creations, we will always contact the creator first
Business
Commercial Use
Any kind of commercial use of Vizora-related content require prior approval. This includes merchandise, paid promotions, ads, or sponsored content.
Vizora may use approved content across its own platforms, channels and projects with attribution.
Context
Attribution & Credit
Credit is appreciated where reasonably possible.
Linking the original source, VOD, or creator is usually sufficient.
Strict attribution is not required in every case (E.g. for Dedicated Channel with links in their Bio and named like "Talent-Clips")
Enforcement & Restrictions
If content is used incorrectly, we may ask for corrections or removal.
Repeated misuse may lead to further action.
