Vizora Interactive
Accessibility Statement

Notice
This statement is published voluntarily. Vizora Interactive qualifies as a micro-enterprise with fewer than 10 employees and under €2,000,000 annual turnover, and is therefore exempt from the mandatory accessibility obligations of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG). We publish this statement because we want to make our platforms accessible to everyone and provide a clear point of contact for any accessibility issues.
Our commitment
Vizora Interactive is committed to making vizora-interactive.com and our related platforms as accessible and usable as possible for everyone, regardless of disability or assistive technology. We work towards meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Current status
We are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known areas we are actively working to improve:
- Some embedded third-party content (e.g. YouTube videos, community widgets, payment tools) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA - these are controlled by external providers
- Some images across the website may be missing descriptive alternative text
- Certain downloadable documents or older pages may not yet be fully accessible
Where a third-party tool or embed creates a barrier we cannot directly resolve, we aim to provide an accessible alternative way to access the same content or information.
Technical specifications
Our website is built on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and the Divi theme/builder. Third-party embeds and plugins are used in some areas. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with applicable WCAG 2.1 success criteria.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any Vizora Interactive platform, or need content in an alternative format, please contact us:
E-Mail: legal@vizora-interactive.com
Phone: +49 5328 9118264
It helps to include: the URL where you encountered the barrier, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology or browser you are using. We aim to respond within 6 weeks. Where we cannot fully resolve a reported barrier, we will explain the reason and suggest an alternative where possible.
Updates
This statement is reviewed and updated when significant changes are made to our website or digital platforms. The date above reflects the most recent review.
